If you order today before 11am, your package will be shipped the same day. Shipping is free with a minimum order amount of €50. We do not ship at the weekend.
Due to crowds there are unfortunately more delays. You can easily view the status of your order in My Account. You can request the status of your order through ‘Track your order’.
Has your order been delayed? Usually delayed packages are still there the next day, so wait a little longer. Have you still not received your package 5 days after your original delivery day? Then please contact our customer service team.
